when you write as if someone is gonna read it， suddenly you can't really write anymore. but if you're writing as if no one's gonna read it except for you， then the pen just flows. when you are writing， you're essentially transcribing that voice inside your head… they all slip away if I don't capture them immediately. my mind is going 100 miles an hour， but I hate that my hand can't match my thoughts. So it forces me to slow down. And as I'm taking the time to really figure out “what's bothering me?“， I can feel my whole body starts to calm down.
当你假定有人会读你写的东西的时候，你突然就写不出来了。但是如果你假定除了你自己没人会看你写了什么，突然就文思泉涌。你写作的时候是把脑海里的声音转化成文字……如果你不立刻捕捉这些思绪，这些碎片想法就转瞬即逝。我的思绪以每小时100公里的速度狂奔，我写字的速度追不上想法。所以写作会逼着我自己冷静下来。我能有时间想一想，到底是什么让我这么愤怒，我能感觉到整个身体都放松平静下来。
